Our Food Policy
At Bawarchi Khana, we are committed to delivering the finest Awadhi and home-cooked delicacies straight to your doorstep. Our policies ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers.
- Order Placement — Orders can be placed through our official website or partnered food delivery platforms. We accept pre-orders for bulk and special menu items. Orders once placed cannot be modified, though our support team may assist with urgent requests where feasible.
- Delivery Areas & Timings — We currently deliver within Lucknow city, focusing on prime locations, between 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM, subject to availability. Same-day delivery is available for regular menu items; pre-booking is recommended for large orders.
- Payment Policy — We accept online payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. Cash on delivery (COD) is available for select locations. All payments are non-refundable except where we cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Cancellation & Refund — Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placement for a full refund. Cancellations after food preparation are not eligible for a refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
